Remember newbies to the forum...and this is not bashing anyone...

Follow the folks that have been doing it for years...like me...

Don't get caught up in the kids that come on and provide huge write ups and really nothing or hide behind talk about LISTED THIS AND LISTED THAT...

This is not bashing...actually this is fact...

I have pretty much exposed them all...with their +4 units after like 3 months of capping...or their records that never seem to change in the lose column after days of 0-5...

All I am saying is do your homework...know the sport you are capping on and only use the forum to swing your play one way or the other...or heck, just play my plays....when I post...

But becareful, alot of posters are hacks in any forum...and one can just get killed following them because of talk of the weather or talk of records that hold no weight at all...but it appears they actually do know something about what they are capping....

Gee make sure to warn them about cappers who use ghosts (ala Ultimatefootballfan) to pat themselves on the ass.
